CONDITION
Prolex Design is not an NIST
certified calibration facility. Unless otherwise stated, most items offered are
used - the
equipment has been checked for basic operation, but calibration to
original manufacturer's specifications is not guaranteed. Items marked "for parts" may offer that hard to
find part you need for your unit - please ask if you have questions
about specific functions or condition.
RETURN
POLICY
Any problems with equipment
will be dealt with on a case by case basis with the original purchaser
only. Please contact us within
72 hours of receipt if there is a problem with your item.
For replacement or refund consideration, the item
must first be returned in the original packaging by the same shipping method prepaid
and in the same condition
as received with security seals intact. After inspection, if the
item is found faulty as you have described the item will be replaced, or
if stock is not available, payment minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Unless
otherwise stated, items are sold as described with no suitability of use
expressed or implied. Prolex Design
or its representatives will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages
related to the use or misuse of these items.
